If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered. We recommend that packages be sent back to us with UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can track and insure it's packages. Make sure to call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival.
Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and please DO NOT apply tape to the actual rugs or fold the rugs, ALWAYS ROLL RUGS before packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse. We do not accept rugs that have been damaged or soiled. No refunds after 15 days.

- Call us toll-free at 1-888-478-4669 or email us at returns@rugnow.com for your Return Authorization Numbers, RA#.
- Wrap the rugs securely in original or equivalent packaging. Be sure to affix the RA# to the outside of the package.
- Use the carrier of your choice to return the packages to the return address which you receive with your RA#.
BEFORE RETURNING RUGS PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND SHIPPING ADDRESS. MAKE SURE TO AFFIX THE RA# TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. RUGS RETURNED DAMAGED OR SOILED, WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR MORE THAN 15 DAYS AFTER THE RA# WAS ISSUED MAY INCUR A 20% SERVICE FEE.
